Knowing that we will pass on our positions- having learned valuable experience that leads to better leadership and communication qualities than before. Through Chi Omega, we have a strong sense of community. A community that leads to memories made and times cherished. The small and sweet moments that build a college experience. We get to make hard decisions that leads to big success, knowing that our growth does not come through being comfortable. We will prove to ourselves that we can accomplish great things through our time serving the chapter, all while sharing our passion and love for Chi Omega. We love the competition that Chi Omega brings out in all of us. It drives us to be more impactful on our campus and leaders of change. Chi Omega pushes us to work as a team with a common goal. The goal of taking Chi Omega with us wherever we go and letting Chi Omega take us with her. This drive helps us grow into confident women that are ready to face the world after college and work for the professional connections, as well as the alumni connections that await us. We strive to be a governing body that is womanly, encouraging, kind and real. We seek to be empowered and be empowering to our sisters. We will defend Chi Omega and this sisterhood to anyone. Sharing that Chi Omega is for a lifetime. It’s everlasting and we love it with our whole heart.
